Cantina di Paglia

The Cantina di Paglia, located among the hills of Offida in the Marche region, was created as a project that combines respect for nature, historical memory, and sustainability. The winery, built with straw bales and wood harvested from our own fields, embodies a deep connection with the land and its cycles.

From wine to extra virgin olive oil, from olives to pasta, every creation tells the story of a fertile and authentic land where time-honoured traditions and simple values still shape unique flavours. 

The labels of Cantina di Paglia echo the stories and symbols of Offida: the patience of lace-makers, the strength of a determined spirit, the legacy of families and traditional festivities.
